Welcome to Faliyu. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Faliyu web platform (faliyu.antwebservices.in) and associated mobile applications. By registering an account, accessing the dashboard, or using the Faliyu app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our operational and service guidelines are further aligned with the principles outlined in the Faliyu Branding and Go-to-Market Strategy for Society Management SaaS.

1. Description of Service

Faliyu provides a cloud-native operating system designed for modern housing societies, focusing on automated billing, visitor management, facility bookings, and complaint redressal. The platform serves various user roles, including Society Admins, Sub Admins, Accountants, Residents, Guards, Staff, and Vendors.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Plan Tiers: Faliyu offers multiple subscription tiers tailored to society size, including Essential 50, Standard 150, Premium 300, Elite 500, and a 14-Day Free Trial.
  • Maintenance Payments: Residents can pay society maintenance bills directly through the platform using UPI, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit cards.
  • Transaction Fees: UPI transactions are processed completely free of charge. Standard payment gateway convenience fees (typically 1-2%) apply to Credit Card and NetBanking transactions in accordance with RBI guidelines.
  • Late Fees: Society managing committees can configure automated late payment penalties, applying either a fixed amount or a percentage-based interest rate to overdue accounts.

3. Data Ownership and Security

  • Data Rights: Your housing society retains 100% ownership of all its data entered into the Faliyu platform.
  • Security Standards: We utilize bank-grade 256-bit cloud encryption to protect sensitive financial records, resident contact information, and visitor logs.
  • Privacy: Faliyu does not share or sell user data to third-party marketing agencies. Residents retain control over their directory visibility and can choose to hide their personal phone numbers and emails from other residents.

4. Cancellation and Data Export

  • Termination: Societies may cancel their Faliyu subscription at any time without lock-in penalties.
  • Data Retrieval: Prior to cancellation, the Society Admin can securely export all resident data, financial ledgers, and CA-ready audit reports in standard Excel or CSV formats.

5. Service Availability and Support

Faliyu is a fully responsive web application accessible on any device with a browser, and we provide dedicated support across major cities in Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot. We offer comprehensive assistance via email, chat, and phone during business hours, with premium plans receiving dedicated account managers.
